Our Diet Plans

We offer two different types of diet plans

Weight loss & healthy eating

Need help with this plan?

If you are in good health but would like to lose weight, we can provide you with a plan to suit your needs. When you register, we will set you a target weight that will bring you to a BMI in the healthy weight-for-height category. However, we are aware that BMI is not suitable for everyone, so if you feel that your target weight is unrealistic, you can contact us at anytime and we will change your target weight to one you feel is more appropriate for you. If you don't want to lose weight, but simply want to maintain your current weight through healthy eating, we can provide a plan to help with this too.

Health Specific

Need help with this plan?

Maybe you don't have any of the above conditions but you're concerned about your health because there is a history of heart disease or diabetes in your family. If so, we can provide you with a plan that will help you avoid dietary risk factors and help you to lose weight at the same time. Losing weight is known to improve health and reduce risk of disease, and by tailoring your health specific plan to the particular health conditions that concern or affect you, we can help you to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
